Glass or Ceramic or neither?

My family and I are soon to open the Oasis Coffee Spot in New Port Richey Florida.

I wanted some input as to whether or not it would be worth any extra time / money to use reusable mugs instead of paper togo cups for sit down customers.

Also, if we go with reusable, is glass practical?
I've seen it done at some coffee shops (looks like a beer) and like the presentation, but do they really offer reasonable heat retention?
