A trick to adding flavor of any coffee is to include an enhancer to the grinds. This will infuse the coffee with whatever enhancer you added to the beans.
Some common enhancers are:
Pepper
Lavender
Vanilla
Does anyone have a recommendation for a good coffee enhancer or infusion technique? |

Adding a little bit of unsweetened cocoa powder to your grinds when in drip mode, will take away much of the bitterness, especially with inferior mass produced preground beans many restaurants still use.
Nice job on the new face lift for the site, glad you took my advice on the navigational array. _________________ http://Espresso-Outfitters.com Quality, custom espresso carts, kiosks and equipment. |

Thank you for sharing your coffee enchancers. I'm already tired drinking black coffee. I should now try this one to spice up my blend. _________________ Low acid coffee that has the bold flavor you love and at the same time it doesn't cause you heartburn neither stomachache. |
